I had the honour of trying his white carrot cake and that melts in your mouth as you bite into the crispy outer layer of fried egg. Not on the menu but it has to be one of the bests fried carrot cake I’ve ever tasted.

Chef William Soh will station in Hong Kong to undertake an exchange tournament to share his culinary knowledge of Singapore dishes and passion at the six dining outlets of Sino Group of Hotels.
