Ant Man movie review

REVIEW: Ant-Man (NO SPOILER)

Ant Man movie review
Ant-Man

Actor, comedian and director, Paul Rudd, is Scott Lang aka Ant-Man and joined by other A list Hollywood actors like Michael Douglas and Lost/Hobbit star Evangeline Lily, you are almost guaranteed that Ant-Man the movie is not gonna be a disappointment for Marvel fans.

Ant-Man is an action comedy film that is way entertaining and triggers our interest to find out more on this lesser known Marvel Avengers hero. Ant-Man does not donned a cool mechanical suit like Iron Man but with its ability to shrink, enlarge and communicating with armies of ants to work for him, he is super awesome in his own “little” way. His disappearing and appearing fighting style are tactical and super fast that I find it way cooler than Iron Man’s repulsor beam blasters.

Small is the new BIG

Other than all the action, you will also love Ant-Man’s comedy trio sidekicks – Luis, Kurt and Dave. They really know how to spark a good laugh in thee midst of the action that makes them critical to the overall story plot.

I really wish that Ant-Man will achieve box office success so that I can look forward to Marvel Studios announcements for Ant-Man 2. Even though I know I will see him in-action very soon in 2016’s Captain America: Civil War.

There are some side effects from the movie though… I now will think that ants are cute and I will think twice before I kill one. It had also brainwashed me to become a fan for Thomas The Train. Ant-Man is worth every penny and time to catch this new superhero movie over this long weekend holiday for Marvel fans or not. We give Ant-Man 4.5 out of 5 stars.
