2CELLOS new On The Road Tour heads to Singapore’s Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre Hall 601 to 604 on 16 July 2015 for a one night only performance. Tickets priced from S$78 to S$148 will be on sale from 28 May 2015 at 9am on SISTIC.com.sg and from 10am at all SISTIC channels.
Croation cellists Luka Sulic and Stjepan Hauser of 2CELLOS were in Singapore last May, where they performed to 3,500 people at The Star Theatre, The Star Performing Arts Centre.
The duo released their new album Celloverse last January and has since debuted at #1 on both Billboard Classical and Classical Crossover charts as well as in the Billboard Top 200. The group’s viral video for “Thunderstruck” from Celloverse has attracted over 33 million views to date on YouTube.
The duo’s version of Michael Jackson’s “Smooth Criminal” took the world by storm in 2011 leading to a record deal with Sony Music Masterworks and an invitation to join Sir Elton John on his worldwide tour. The group has also launched two commercially successful albums – self titled debut in 2011 and IN2ITION in 2013.
