APACTix is Singapore’s latest ticketing site that aims to support the vibrant sports and live entertainment scene in Singapore. They join other players such as SISTIC or TicketBooth.

Powered by Paciolan, APACTix will be offering two solutions – APACTix website and a white label option for venues or organisations to create their own custom branded ticketing outlets with APACTix services.

APACTix was previously known as New Era Tickets Asia. APACTix has made Singapore its operational hub for the region making it the first international move outside of North America. It has invested S$3 million in infrastructure which includes a data intelligence warehouse and a local data centre to support high-volume sales. It has a team of 19 staff here with 17 who are Singaporean or PRs here.

The SportsHub ticketing system is a white label arrangement with New Era Tickets Asia previously. APACTix will not be cross selling SportsHub Tix for the time being and vice versa.

Tickets can be purchased on APACTix.com, through a call centre that has capacity or up to 20 staff, ticketing box office at Singapore Indoor Stadium, through 57 Singpost Outlets. Tickets can be printed at home, sent via mobile delivery, box office, via registered mail or collected at SingPost.

We asked APACTix how they were going to charge customers for the tickets, they wouldn’t clarify except that they would be competitively priced.

You can register online and create your APACTix account at www.APACTix.com before events go online in January 2015. You may just win S$1,500 worth of stored credits for events of your choice.
