Savour 2015 returns to the F1 Pit Building for the fourth year. This gourmet festival coincides with Singapore’s 50th birthday celebrations and pays homage to local talent including Bjorn Shen, Douglas Tay, Hung Ming Tan, Han Liguang, Malcolm Lee, Sufian Jain and Anthony Yeoh over the four days from 26 to 29 march 2015. Well known local personalities including Andre Chiang, Ryan Clift, Emmanuel Strobant and Beppe De Vito will be participating as well

A wider range of unique culinary activities compared to last year. New to the festival include UNA @ Rochester, Ku De Ta and Il Cielo.

This year’s visiting chefs include Bo Innovation’s Alvin Leung, Midsummer House’s Daniel Clifford, Kiin Kiin’s Henrik Yde and World’s 50 Best Academy alumni and Garagistes’ Luke Burgess.

50 signature dishes will be available at the Gourmet Village while Celebrity Chef masterclasses will be held at the Gourmet Auditorium. The 22,000 sqft Gourmet Market continues to showcase food and drink exhibitors such as the Japanese White Strawberries, a full range oyster bar featuring over 20 types of oysters from eight countries or a cheese room featuring unique items such as truffle cheese. There will also be a Hands-on Cooking Studio and other themed culinary workshops and activities. Over 100 wine labels and 50 sake labels will be featured at a dedicated 10,000 sqft Wine Section. You can also participate in the Wine and Sake Appreciation classes which comes complete with certification.

All tickets come with $30 Savour Dollars to spend at the event

  • 28 and 29 March 2015 | Lunch from 11.30am to 3.30pm | S$60 per day
