Singapore Airlines will for its first time allow the public to visit the SIA Training Centre as part of SG50 on 25 July 2015 from 9am to 6pm. You can the get to see how pilots and cabin crew are trained as well as get a tour of the flight simulator, safety training as well as cabin crew training facilities. There will also be an all-day carnival. Visit the SIA Heritage Gallery to learn how the airline has developed over the years.

Kids from four to ten can take part in the 60 minute Junior Cabin Crew Experience where they get to dress in the iconic SIA cabin crew uniform and learn more about the service attributes of crew and role-play with a parent in a replica of the SIA A380 Business Class section.

Secondary and Tertiary students up to 30 years old can submit digital copies of artwork before 30 June 2015. Children aged between three and 12 can participate in an on-the-spot drawing and colouring competition during the event.

Entry to the Open House is free. There may be a nominal fee for certain activities. You can register at www.SIAopenhouse.com

There will be free shuttle bus services from Tanah Merah MRT Station and Singapore EXPO to and from the training centre. Parking will not be available.
