From 13 July to 9 August 2015, the 10 m x 3 m Sweets Tunnel in Orchard Central features a night vision of a garden with luminous fixtures and Janice Wong‘s brand of dessert artistry.
The collaboration between Orchard Central and Janice Wong, Singapore’s celebrated dessert chef and two-time winner of Asia’s Best Pastry Chef in the Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants list comes to life in the Sweets Tunnel.
An Edible Art Session will be held every Saturday on 18, 25 July, 1 and 8 August at 3pm and 6pm. Only 150 pairs of tickets will be issued each Saturday. You have to spend any amount at Orchard Central to redeem a pair or admission tickets.
Janice Wong will also be holding Live Art Sessions on 25 July and 8 August at 4pm.
Another renowned French-inspired Japanese patisserie, Henri Charpentier has become one of the anchor vendors at OC Dessert Walk Marketplace. It joins other dessert vendors such as Les Delice, DEAN & DELUCA, Milagro Spanish Restaurant, Janice Wong Pure Imagination and others at L1 Discovery Walk.
