PUMA evoSPEED 1.2 was worn for the first time in last week’s English Premier League matches. The new shark blue, fluo peach and fluo yellow boot, available in stores now, was worn by many of the league’s players including Samuel Eto’o, Olivier Giroud, Gaël Clichy and Santi Cazorla. Sergio Agüero and Radamel Falcao will also be wearing the new colourway throughout the 2013/14 football season.
This new boot is extra light and flexible and is designed to facilitate enhanced manoeuvrability enabling players to reach top speeds quickly while maintaining stability and comfort. The evoSPEED 1.2 FG is fitted with the speedCELL technology that comes with a mono-layer microfibre which increases flexibility and reduces weight. The EverFit cage within creates a snug midfoot fit and a combination of the Pebax outsole with the bladed and conical studs enhances stability for the heel. A thin 3D film allows for superior ball grip even in wet conditions.
The full collection includes indoor and outdoor footwear, apparel, goalkeeper gloves and other equipment.
