10 at Claymore, the buffet dining of Pan Pacific Orchard in Singapore, offers the delights of the flavours of Spring and the lunar season till 31 March 2016. Yes this means you can continue to enjoy some of the favourites from Chinese New Year all the way till end March.

And when you dine in the month of February for dinner, you will receive a complimentary Auspicious Prosperity Yu Sheng platter with fresh salmon, tuna or swordfish worth S$78 per table.

There are eight of festive dishes specially prepared for this season. The Cantonese Seafood Treasure Hot Pot is filled with delightful goodness. We are all familiar with the oatmeal prawn, and we love our oatmeal prawn. Have as many servings of the Golden Oatmeal Prawn as you wish.

Don’t miss out on the Roasted Beijing Duck and Cantonese Braised Belly Rib. But what impressed us most was the Steamed Garoupa with Superior Soya Sauce. When was the last time you saw steamed fish on the buffet spread here in Singapore.

To complement the buffet spread, 10 at Claymore’s signature Plates of Pleasure are prepared à la minute with a modern twist this Chinese New Year.

For desserts, traditional deep fried Nian Gao are served in addition to the signature favourites including the Durian Crepes with a choice of Lemongrass or Ginger Ice Cream topping.

Traditional Flavours of Spring Buffet at 10 at Claymore is available for lunch at S$42++ from Monday to Friday, S$48++ on Saturday and Sundays as well as for Dinner daily at S$68++.  This buffet spread is available except from 7 to 9 and 13 & 14 February). For Chinese New Year’s Eve, and Chinese New Year Day 1 and 2, Lunch and Dinner are priced at S$88++.
