Carnivorous Cravings at the Plaza Brasserie

Plaza Brasserie – For the Love of Roasts

Attention all meat lovers, your chance to overindulge has arrived at the Plaza Brasserie at Park Royal on Beach Road.

Ready your forks for the hotel’s new additions to the buffet dinner until 26 October from 6pm to 10.30pm. “For the Love of Roasts (S$65++ for adults, S$39++ for children)” at the Plaza Brasserie features succulent and some would say, exotic meats.

Apart from the usual buffet offerings, the meat stations have been transformed with carnivorous cuts such as the Wagyu D-Rump Roast, Roast Lamb, and even Braised Kangaroo Tail. The kangaroo tail is slow-cooked for five hours resulting in a fork-tender consistency.

The buffet also stocks a premium array of Kurobuta Pork Sausages, Guinness Beef and Pork Sausages, Reserva Ham and Braised Ox Tongue. We recommend the Guinness Beef and Pork sausage for its surprising sweetness. The hops in the Guinness give way to a malty sweetness, which is reminiscent of the taste of lap cheong.

We also found an artery-clogging dish of Baked Bone Marrow. Choose the smaller pieces for easy removal of the marrow and immediate satisfaction. Why make scooping the velvety goodness all that much harder?

Excuse us while we wipe the drool from our faces.
