France’s official Cheese Ambassador to the world Gérard Poulard returns in May to Scarlett Wine Bar and Restaurant on the 37th floor of Pullman Bangkok Hotel G in Thailand. Gérard will present his 2015 Collection of Fromages de France with 150 varieties of French farmed cheese from the best of France’s boutique producers.

Gérard has become internationally renowned as the world’s expert in the enjoyment and presentation of fine cheese since 1999 and is sought after by gourmet dining restaurants in over 22 countries. He collaborates with his son Olivier and has received many prestigious awards including The Order of Agricultural Merit, Le Cordon Bleu France and the Prosper Montagné from Quality House.

Gèrard Poulard will visit during 9 to 24 May to demonstrate his expertise in perfectly arranging the tastes and textures of a wide range of France’s numerous cheeses into various mouth watering combinations with breads, cold cuts, wines, fruits and teas. Cheeses that will be presented include Foume, Laqueuille Memee Aoc, Rigotta de Condrieeux, Bouyguette du Segala Romarin and more. There will also be a selection of goat cheeses from France.

Cheeses are available for takeaway or dine-in starting from THB180++ for dine in and THB180+++ for takeaway.

You may also want to stay at the Pullman Bangkok Hotel G which offers spacious and luxurious accommodations in Silom. The Pullman Bangkok Hotel G used to be a Sofitel property under the Accor Hotels group.
