Jamie Oliver, Britain’s best loved Chef, will open the first Jamie Oliver eatery at sea on Royal Caribbean International’s resort ships Quantum of the Seas and Anthem of the Seas. Jamie’s Italian will open on Anthem of the Seas during spring 2015 and sail from Southampton. In Autumn 20-14, Quantum of the Seas will sail from New York with the first Jamie’s Italian.

Jamie’s Italian first opened in Oxford in May 2008 and is enjoying big success. Quality food and service and its affordability has attracted customers to return for more. Jamie’s Italian offers casual dining using only higher welfare produce and this philosophy will be no different on Royal Caribbean ships.
Smaller, flexible and personalised main restaurants and a collection of smaller modern and distinct eateries such as ‘Jamie’s Italian’ and experiential restaurant ‘Wonderland’ will offer a full spectrum of meals for the food lover. Captain’s Table style dining usually associated with the cruise holiday experience will be replaced with this new dining approach.
