Fullerton Hotel’s signature Jade Restaurant will be serving up a sumptuous Mid-Autumn Reunion Dinner Feast at S$88++ per person from 25 August to 8 September 2014. Other than lanterns and mooncakes, Mid Autumn is also a time for joyous reunion. So celebrate with your love ones with this mid autumn menu specially crafted by Master Chef Leong Chee Yeng.
The six-course Mid-Autumn Reunion Dinner Feast includes Fragrant Crispy Duck Stuffed with Yam Paste, Stewed Abalone with Dried Scallops and Homemade Edamame Bean Curd and Fragrant Wok-fried Rice with Crab Meat and Chrysanthemum Flower. The dinner ends with a trio of delectable desserts comprising Shaved Almond Ice with Osmanthus Jelly, Chilled Rabbit-Shaped Egg White Cake and Petit Traditional Oven Baked and Cranberry Flavoured Snow Skin mooncakes.
