Artic Char, Jerusalem Artichoke and Langoustine Cream Sauce

Another notable dish from Chef Markus will be Artic Char, Jerusalem Artichoke and Langoustine Cream Sauce. At first look you may think it is a salmon dish, but the smooth and tender texture of the Artic Char fillet is way supreme than the salmon even though they belong to the same family of fish. The artichoke is grilled to perfection, giving a contrasting texture to the smoothness of the Artic Char.
