The colonial ambiance Singapore and selection of fine wines chosen by Stéphane Soret, Wine Director at Raffles Singapore offers a refined & solace dining experience.
With Chef Mickael Le Calvez innovative white truffle menu features appetisers like Young Zucchini Risotto, Flower in Tempura and White Truffle (S$88) and Creamy Angel Hair with Chanterelle, Quail Egg, Albufera Sauce and White Truffle (S$78) to main courses like Stuffed Quail Rolls with Black Trompette Mushroom, Foie Gras, Butternut Gnocchi, Supreme Sauce and White Truffle (S$88).
Stéphane specially selected the 2010 Domaine Aubert de Villaine “Les Saint-Jacques” Rully Cote Chalonnaise (a direct import wine by Raffles Singapore) to pair with these dishes to assist in the aromatic persistence of the white truffle.
From 19 December 2014, Raffles Grill will be serving up Black Truffle menu which is just in time for the Christmas Season.
