Airbus has launched a new concept initially for the A330-200. The new VIP Cabin concept, known as Airbus ACJ330 Summit, offers a faster and more affordable way, greater capacity, capability and comfort of a widebody for both private and government customers.

A VIP Section will be located at the front on of the cabin with airline-style seating at the rear. The VIP section will feature a bedroom with ensuite bathroom and office, conference and dining room as well as a working area.

The Airbus A330 is currently being produced at a rate of ten a month, which is the highest of any widebody. The A330 and A340 were launched as a joint programme with more than 1,700 orders to date and 1497 delivered at end September. More than 160 customers and operators around the world have chose the A330s and A340s.

Airbus has sold over 170 corporate jets to date. There are more than 500 customers and operators to date.
