ANA collected its Boeing 787-9 last week and will launch its latest stretched version of the Boeing Dreamliner 787-9 from 7 August. The 395-seater will be introduced progressively on routes between Tokyo’s Haneda Airport and Fukuoka, Osaka (Itami) and Matsuyama. ANA will be the world’s first airline to operate the scheduled flight on a 787-9.
ANA is scheduled to take delivery of two more 787-9s in by end March 2015. For the international service, ANA’s 787-9 will offer 215 seats.The 395 seat version on domestic routes to maximise passenger number while also lower operational costs.
