ANA will increase baggage allowance for economy class passengers on international flights to two x 23kg instead of its existing one piece from 8 January 2015. The free allowance for weight and size will remain unchanged as well as free baggage allowance rule for first and business class passengers.
Japan Airlines has been offering economy class passengers two bags of 23kg each in 2013 which was one of the earlier adopters. We did a comparison of some of the airlines last year. You can read about that here.
