The next time you travel on an overnight Emirates flight with a duration of over five hours on First or Business Class, you may want to look out for their amenity kits that are filled with personal toiletries featuring Bvlgari which was launched in 2012.  This compliments the Rochas toiletries available in First Class toilets.

[Update] The airline refreshed its amenity kits in 2017. Read about them here.

Eye shades and comfortable slippers and pajamas are also provided separately to First Class customers.

FIRST CLASS AMENITY KIT FOR MEN

Emirates knows how to pamper its guests without sparing any luxury.   Firstly the bag is made of a light shade leather with a Bvlgari zipper handle.

The airline lavishes its premium customers with the amenities within.  A generous size of shaving foam and deodorant as well as  Bvlgari toiletries in 40ml portions are provided when most airlines only provide much smaller 5 ml portions.  There is also a bottle of 5ml Eau De Cologne from the au thé rouge collection which offers a rather floral fragrance. Most airlines these days no longer offer individual bottles of perfume.  Instead, they will be available in the restrooms.

Even the Gillette Shaving Foam (56g) and Axe Dry Action Deodorant (20g) are more than sufficient for you to use even after you disembark.

Travelled by emirates business class from Dubai to Kuala Lumpur, no amenity kit were available. We were told that this was because the flight was classed as daytime flight even though it departed Dubai at 3.00 am, yet 2 months earlier on corresponding flight to Bangkok which left 20 minutes earlier I was given one, emirates should clarify when they are available,

  2. You assembled the horizontal stabilizer on your A-380 model upside down! FYI.
It should angle up (dihedral) not down (anhedral), just so you know for future publications.
