KLM Launches iPad App with 3D Feature

KLM Royal Dutch Airlines launches iPad app that lets you search for future trip ideas, book, check-in, select seats as well as an in-app boarding pass. A unique feature is the 3D spinning globe that lets you select your next holiday destination based on your personal budget, temperature or flight time.

It can be downloaded from the App Store in 11 languages including English, traditional and modern Chinese. An Android version will be developed for launch later this year.
