Accor’s loyalty programme, Le Club Accorhotels has been awarded two categories in the Freddie Awards. It has been named Best Hotel Loyalty Programme of the Year in Europe/Africa and Best Hotel Loyalty Programme Promotion in Europe and Africa for its Le Club Accorhotels campaign discovery tour.
Le Club Accorhotels is Accor group’s multi-brand loyalty programme with more than 2,600 participating hotels around the world including Sofitel, Pullman, MGallery, Novotel, Suite Novotel, Mercure, ibis, ibis Styles, Adagio and Thalassa sea and spa. The loyalty programme lets members earn points during their stay with points that are valid for life on the condition that there is at least one stay per year at a participating hotel. Points can be used for stays or converted into hotel vouchers or airline miles. There are four levels of membership – Classic, Silver, Gold and Platinum.
