Sydney Airport, Australia will get a new A$100 million development that will house office, retail and hotel facilities spanning 34,350sqm.
The Pullman Sydney Airport which is scheduled to open in May 2016 will offer 229 rooms and suites and will be the first branded five-star hotel serving the international airport precinct. The hotel will also offer a restaurant and bar, conference facilities, gymnasium as well as an executive lounge.
Accor signed a management agreement with Goodman to manage the new five-star hotel when it opens. Construction of the hotel development on O’Riordan Street has commenced this month.
