Starwood Hotels and Resorts Asia Pacific will launch Starwood Careers Day in more than 120 locations across Asia Pacific on 21 March 2014. With nine hotel brands in the Starwood portfolio, Starwood Careers Day kicks off Starwood Asia Pacific’s goal to fill over 25,000 positions at all levels and functions by the end of this year.
Starwood currently operates over 260 hotels with an additional 200 new ones in the pipeline. This year the company will open over 30 hotels in the region. This region is Starwood’s fastest growing region with over 73,000 associates which is nearly half of all Starwood associates globally. Starwood brands include St Regis, The Luxury Collection, W Hotels, Le Meridien, Westin, Sheraton, Aloft, Element and Four Points.
In Singapore, Starwood hotels include Westin Singapore, Sheraton Towers and W Singapore.
