Tigerair Launches Direct Jinan Flights from Singapore

Tigerair will introduce weekly service between Singapore and Jinan, the capital of the Shandong province from 16 September 2014. Tigerair is the only airline offering direct flights between the two cities. Jinan is also Tigerair’s 10th Greater China port of call.

Tigerair will operate flights every Tuesday from Singapore to Jinan on TR2956 with return flights every Wednesday on TR2957. The budget airline is offering special promotional one-way airfare of S$155 which includes 15kg pre-paid luggage allowance, an onboard hot meal and tax from Singapore. You have to travel between September and October 2014 to enjoy this special fare which is available from www.tigerair.com.

TR2956 Departs Singapore at 12.30pm and arrive in Jinan at 6.40pm. TR2957 departs Jinan at 7.30am and arrives in Singapore at 1.10pm. This gives travellers up to eight days to enjoy touring Jinan.

Jinan is the cradle of the Longshan Relics Culture and is also well-known for its 72 famous springs. Here you can enjoy popular Shandong cuisine, one of the eight great culinary traditions of China. The other seven great culinary traditions in China include Anhui, Cantonese, Fujian, Hunan, Jiangsu, Szechuan and Zhejiang cuisines.
