We were present today at the officiating ceremony and are giving you a peak into the new shopping destination.  The merchandise and pricing may not be too far off from the sales we get back here in Singapore. However, there are some star buy items which are worth it, depending on what you are really looking for.  We spotted long queues outside Burberry, Coach for Men and some of the stores.  If you want the bargains, you’ll have to be patient and expect long queues at the fitting rooms as well as cashier counters.

If you are travelling from Singapore, here’s our routing and timings so you get an idea of how long it takes to get there.

  • 7.35am – Depart Newton Hawker Centre in a coach
  • 8.15am – Cleared Singapore Immigration at the second link
  • 822am –  Caught in the jam before clearing Malaysian immigration
  • 9.07am – Cleared Malaysian immigration
  • 9.12am – Passed exit 311 Gelang Petah
  • 9.23am – Passed exits 302 to 303
  • 9.26am – Turn out to Exit 304 in the direction of Senai Airport and Kulaijaya.  Brown “Johor Premium Outlets” signs can be spotted along the highway.
  • 9.29am – Turn left on Exit 302a and the development is visible
There’s is also a shuttle service from the CIQ.  Check out the Causeway Link Bus Service for more information or their website at http://www.causewaylink.com.my.
