Hyatt Hotels joins many of the other hotel groups to offer exclusive discounts for their loyalty programme members who book direct.
Hyatt Hotels offers a discount for Hyatt Gold Passport members rewarding loyal guests with an up-to-10 percent discount for bookings made through Hyatt.com or the Hyatt mobile app.
The discount is available from 18 April 2016 at Hyatt hotels in the U.S., Canada and Australia. Members also earn Hyatt Gold Passport points, Online Check-In and Express Checkout, mobile reservation management and around the clock customer care.
Later this year, Hyatt will enhance its mobile app to allow guests who book directly to make on-demand requests by communicating instantly with Hyatt on services such as Messenger or text messaging.
