Today British Airways resumed flights between Singapore and London Heathrow since December 2020. Following the governments in Singapore and the UK relaxing international travel between the two countries, many will be planning to return to Singapore to reunite with loved ones.

The airline is finalising preparations to ensure that the first trip many of their customers have made in a while is as comfortable and convenient as possible. With the protective measures on the ground and in the air, they can be reassured they will be safe every step of the way.

British Airways has recently partnered Dettol to offer a range of products to keep customers and employees safe in the air and on the ground. Seats, screens, seat buckles and tray tables are cleaned after every flight and each aircraft is completely cleaned from nose to tail every day. Air in the aircraft is fully recycled once every two to three minutes through HEPA filters that remove microscopic bacteria and virus clusters with over 99.9% efficiency.

Do note that travellers are required to wear face masks throughout the flight. Bring enough to replace every four hours for longer flights. Also Make sure you have everything you need from your hand luggage before the flight takes off. When possible, store your carry-on bag under the seat in front of you.

You can book one-way and return tickets between London Heathrow and Singapore on ba.com with fares starting from S$1,005. Travellers have the option to change booking date and destination or cancel it completely.
