MYPOSHPAD – Singapore’s First All-Inclusive Luxury Co-Living Boutique Hotel Concept

MYPOSHPAD will be launching on 1 April 2021. Singapore’s first all-inclusive luxury co-living boutique hotel experience by The Garcha Group will see its entry into the serviced apartment space. The group’s portfolio of boutique hotels include The Vagabond Club, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel; Duxton Reserve, Autograph Collection; Maxwell Reserve, Autograph Collection and Serangoon House, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel.

A minimum of 30 nights stay starts from S$3,600++ per month. Besides enjoying comfortable accommodation, MYPOSHPAD members will also enjoy a plethora of benefits. These include in room benefits such as one of a kind mini bar, in-house facilities, daily breakfast, laundry and full house keeping services and 24/7 concierge. Guests also enjoy special member’s pricing across the group’s 10 dining establishments. Social events for guests will also be available. These include weekly talks and social hours with complimentary cocktails at Anouska’s, exclusive access to private alcohol lockers at The Whisky Library, movie sessions on Saturdays at The Vagabond Club, and access to the Group’s authentic London Cab, “Sir Harold”.

MYPOSHPAD is suitable for locally-based working professionals as well as long-term business travellers.

Maxwell Reserve, Autograph Collection is set to open by the last quarter of 2021. Serangoon House, A Tribute Portfolio Hotel is set to open by the first quarter of 2022. There will be an outdoor rooftop swimming lap pool, a modern fully-equipped spa and gym, morning yoga sessions at Max’s Rooftop Bar, and the Cook & Tras library stocked with over 3,000 books. Look out for new dining options, such as Shikar Maxwell Reserve and Shikar Serangoon House – a take on classic Indian slow cooking of meats with a twist of Western sensibility – as well as the eclectic concepts Cook & Tras Brasserie, Max’s Rooftop Bar, Garcha’s Polo Bar and Pink Bar.
