Soon You Won’t Need Thailand Pass to Enter Thailand

Thailand Pass registration and a US$10,000 health insurance are no longer required for foreign visitors visiting the Kingdom of Thailand from 1 July 2022. These were initially removed on 1 June 2022 for Thai nationals.

From 1 July 2022, foreign nationals only need to show digital or printed proof of either a vaccination certificate or a negative RT-PCR or professional ATK test result within 72 hours of travel. Random checks will be made on arrivals at Thailand’s international airports or land border checkpoints in 22 provinces. Randomly checked individuals who are unvaccinated or not fully vaccinated and unable to show proof of a pre-arrival negative test will be required to undergo a professional ATK test at the point of entry.
