Taiwan’s TransAsia Airways Introduces Booking Portal on Facebook

15 June 2012, Singapore – Taiwanese airline, TransAsia Airways launched its dedicated booking portal on its Singapore Facebook page at www.facebook.com/transasia.sg in addition to its booking hotline at +6565341833 and website www.tna.com.tw or through local travel agents.

The airline embraces social media, and has launched a Facebook photo contest called ‘TransAsia – Fly Me To Taiwan’ offering a winner a pair of Economy Class return tickets to fly to Taipei.  From now till 30 June 2012, just post a photo or video on the airline’s Facebook wall and you may just win the prize if you get the highest number of ‘likes’.

TransAsia Airways currently flies daily from Singapore to Taoyuan on its 150-seat Airbus A320 offering a total of 2,100 seats per week.
