Turkish Airlines To Get 15 Boeing 777-300ER

10 December 2012, ISTANBUL – Turkish Airlines will be increasing its fleet existing fleet of 12 777-300ER (Extended Range) airplanes from Boeing with 15 new aircraft worth US$4.7 billion at list prices. It has the option for five additional 777-300ERs making it the largest order of the model by value for the airline.

The 777-300ERs serve the airline’s long-haul routes flying up to 386 passengers in a three-class configuration and the latest order will be used to serve new destinations globally. It has a maximum range of 7,930 nautical miles or 14,685 km.

Turkish Airlines current fleet includes close to 100 Boeing airplanes serving more than 200 destinations across 90 countries.
