The hoarding of Hermès Scotts was decorated with graffiti art by renowned graffiti artist, Kongo. Entitled “Graffiti made by hand” kicked off Voilah! French Festival Singapore 2011’s “Off the Wall” urban art festival.

Musee d’Orsay Paris Art at National Museum of Singapore
Over 140 Salon, Realist, Impressionist and Post-Impressionist works from great painters such as Gustave Courbet, Edouard Manet, Claude Monet, Paul Cezanne, Edgar Degas from the Musee d’Orsay, Paris will be on display at the National Museum of Singapore from tomorrow till 5 February 2012.
ABN AMRO Brings Elephant Parade To Singapore
50 elephants from the open-air art exhibition in aid of Asian elephant have been adopted by ABN AMRO from the Elephant Parade Copenhagen. Elephant Parade Singapore 2011 is the first Asian stop of the Elephant Parade. From 11 November 2011, these elephant statues will be on display along Orchard Road, Marina Bay, Singapore Zoological Gardens, Botanic Gardens and VivoCity, waiting patiently for new owners to claim them.
Voyage Night Festival 2011 Preview
This year’s Night Festival will be held across a few venues at the National Museum of Singapore, Singapore Art Museum, SAM at 8Q, Peranakan Museum, The Substation, Singapore Management University Campus Green, Stamford Green and Stamford Road. Held over two weekends, 26 to 27 August and 2 to 3 September, there’s bound to be something for everyone.
ArtScience Museum New Ticketing Structure For Locals
As at 30 July 2011, the ArtScience Museum at Marina Bay Sands introduced a new ticket price structure with same-day re-entry to encourage more Singaporean visitors to visit the museum and its permanent exhibitions.
Shipwrecked Extended to 2 October 2011
The ArtScience Museum’s Shipwrecked: Tang Treasures and Monsoon Winds exhibition has been extended from 31 July 2011 to 2 October 2011. Enjoy free access to the exhibition in celebration with Singapore’s 46th National Day from 8 to 14 August 2011.
Voyage Night Festival 2011
The Night Festival returns to Singapore for two weekends on 26 – 27 August 2011 and 2 – 3 September 2011. Look out for the amazing outdoor performance outside National Museum as well as the visual and audio experiences at the Singapore Art Museum vicinity and front lawn.
