Food Japan 2025 Returns to Singapore Showcasing 153 Exhibitors from 35 Prefectures

Food Japan 2025 marks its 13th edition as ASEAN’s premier platform for Japanese food, beverage, and hospitality professionals. With 153 exhibitors from 35 prefectures and Singapore, this year’s show showcases everything from halal-certified and gluten-free products to plant-based innovations and eco-friendly packaging that reflect Japan’s forward-thinking approach to food sustainability.

Special pavilions highlight regional specialities from Aomori, Chiba, Fukuoka, Kanagawa, Shimane, Saitama, Tokyo and more, alongside the All-Japan Soy Sauce and Sake & Spirits pavilions.
Visitors can expect interactive tastings, masterclasses and B2B networking opportunities, including:
- Shochu masterclass for trade professionals
- Consumer session on Japanese alcoholic beverages (18 October)
- Live cooking demos and product showcases at the J-Studio
Supported by JETRO, MAFF, the Embassy of Japan in Singapore, CLAIR and STB, Food Japan 2025 continues to bridge culinary tradition and modern innovation.
