Beyond the impressive lineup of breweries, visitors can discover several fascinating sake stories at the festival. Highlights include Azuma Rikishi’s CAVE UROKO 5, a blend of five cave-aged sakes that develops deep umami notes and a rich, concentrated flavour profile through its unique maturation process. Another standout is Yamakawa Mitsuo 2026 by Yamagata Masamune, a collaborative project between four breweries from Yamagata Prefecture that aims to redefine modern junmai sake with exceptional drinkability and purity. Sake enthusiasts should also seek out Kamotsuru Shuchu Zaishin Junmai Daiginjou from Hiroshima’s historic Kamotsuru Brewery, crafted using premium Yamadanishiki rice and soft mountain water to produce elegant grape-like aromatics, refined depth, and a beautifully layered rice umami character.

Beer lovers can also look forward to exclusive offerings from Suntory The Premium Malt’s, including five specially crafted premium serves: Mliko, Pilsner, Sunset, Half & Half and Black Beer. Festival-goers will also have the opportunity to enjoy Kaoru Ale and Master’s Dream, two premium brews that are usually available only at selected dining establishments.
