PLUME’s 2nd Anniversary Bash promises a double dose of mixology magic and fierce talent over two unforgettable nights this April.

Singapore’s cocktail connoisseurs, clear your calendars. On 11 and 12 April 2025, PLUME at Pan Pacific Singapore celebrates its second anniversary in spectacular style—with ten of the city’s finest bartenders, two back-to-back themed guest shifts, and cocktails that dare to be different.

Since opening in 2023, PLUME has soared to prominence for its ornithology-inspired cocktail menu, expert takes on the classics, and immersive bar experience. Named one of Tatler Asia’s Best 100 Bars, it now marks two years of boundary-pushing craftsmanship with a celebration that’s bold, inclusive, and brimming with artistry.

Femme Friday – 11 April 2025 (8pm–11pm)

Friday night kicks off with Femme Friday, a celebration of female bartending talent. Four powerhouse women from leading Singapore bars will be shaking things up behind the bar:

• Leanne from Baia
• Valerie Natasha from ATLAS
• Sarang from Bar Bon Funk
• Joyce Anne from Manhattan

The cocktails? Anything but ordinary.

Leanne’s Singapolitan delivers a fruit-forward sparkle with lychee, strawberry, lemon, and Prosecco. Valerie’s Second to None layers banana rum and smoky honey with a citrusy bite. Joyce’s NY Sour is a velvety, wine-topped classic with a floral twist. And for the caffeine fiends, Sarang’s +1 For Oat offers a coffee-kissed rum concoction.

To match the energy, an all-female band featuring Amanda, Sarah, and Emma will keep things lively from 8:30pm till 11:45pm.

Sip Trips – 12 April 2025 (10pm–2am)

Saturday’s Sip Trips ups the ante. Six bartenders from Singapore’s most iconic bars gather for one wild night of cocktails and high-energy beats. Look out for:

• Ralph’s fizzy Bae’s GnT with muscat grapes and peach kombucha
• Bryan’s Champion of the Sun – sweet, bitter, and saline
• Daniel’s dessert-style Samba-Misu with coconut foam
• Chipito’s multi-spirit Chi Chi Man Chant—a true flavour rollercoaster
