Wings of Art 2025 – Singapore’s Longest Barbie Runway at Marina Square for SG60 Celebration
25 June – 1 July

From 25 June to 1 July 2025, Marina Square is transformed into a pink-hued portal of imagination with Wings of Art 2025, a landmark SG60 celebration that also happens to showcase Singapore’s longest Barbie runway. Over 1,000 winged Barbies line a dazzling 60-metre installation, officially recognised by the Singapore Book of Records.
But it’s not just about sparkle and spectacle. This event has purpose stitched into every stitch of tulle. Organised by Peace of Art, Wings of Art aims to raise $100,000 for the Singapore Red Cross Young Hearts Programme. 100% of proceeds go towards education and mentorship for underprivileged children.

From Dollhouse to Dreamscape: Why This Event Matters
This isn’t just a nostalgic nod to childhood. Wings of Art elevates Barbie into a medium of social change. Through workshops, upcycling, and fringe activities, children and families are invited to explore creativity while supporting a bigger mission. The event also features contributions from youths, including a 9-year-old artist with Autism Spectrum Disorder, emphasising inclusivity and diverse creative voices.
The Imagination Zone, run by child entrepreneurs from the KIDSforKIDS-preneur programme, is buzzing with mini pop-ups from local brands. Visitors can also take part in building Singapore’s largest winged sculpture, 3 metres tall, made from natural crystals and recycled glass, symbolising community hope and unity.
Support That Multiplies
Proceeds from Barbie adoptions and auction sales go directly to the Young Hearts Programme, a Singapore Red Cross initiative providing academic support, enrichment, and nutrition for children aged 7 to 16 in public rental flats. Contributions are tax-deductible at 250%, with every dollar funding holistic support and mentorship.
Eunice Yeo, founder of Peace of Art, shares “Wings of Art is more than an exhibition. It’s a celebration of potential, community, and compassion.”
