Activating 2-in-1 LINE is fuss-free, as there is no need for you to replace their existing SIM or phone. You can simply download the 2-in-1 LINE app from Apple App Store or Google Play and log in with your Hub iD to choose your secondary number.
With 2-in-1 LINE, you can simultaneously use two StarHub Mobile services on a single SIM and phone. Easily initiate calls or SMS using your secondary mobile number, which will be displayed on the recipient’s caller ID. Your existing primary line remains active throughout for data access as well as receiving calls and SMS.
Through the same app, you will be able to manage a suite of other 2-in-1 LINE features, including a voicemail inbox with personalised greetings, comprehensive call filtering/blocking options and a separate mobile address book and call/text logs.
