Shaping Hearts – ARTfully Able 2025, Singapore’s largest inclusive arts festival has landed at Punggol Digital District, bringing a vibrant showcase of art, community and family fun. Shaping Hearts ARTfully Able @ Punggol Digital District runs from 16 to 23 November 2025, transforming Nexus at Punggol Coast Mall into a lively space where children and adults can learn, play and discover together.
This latest edition celebrates creativity without boundaries, led by artists with disabilities and joined by families, schools and the wider Punggol community.

Spotlight: Singapore’s Longest Hand Painted Mural
Our Punggol Story (132 metres)

One of the biggest showstoppers is the unveiling of Our Punggol Story, officially recognised as the Longest Hand Painted Mural in Singapore at 132 metres.
