Little Farms at Tanglin Mall offers Espresso Coffee Barista Basics Workshops in April and May

Little Farms at Tanglin Mall is conducting workshops for those interested in navigating espresso beverages at home. Through hands-on experiences, you will learn the concepts of extraction and espresso preparation. You will work on the same equipment that is used at Little Farms cafes.

The workshops will cover topics such as

•⁠ ⁠Under, Over, and Optimal Extraction
•⁠ ⁠Understanding Extraction Charts
•⁠ ⁠Espresso Pulling Standard Operating Procedure
•⁠ ⁠New Coffee Calibration (Interactive)
•⁠ ⁠Special Extraction Introduction

Workshops are conducted on 11 (making and serving coffee), 17 (Espressos), 24 April (Latte Art) and 1 May 2024 (Brewing Filter Coffee) from 3pm to 5pm with only five slots each day. Different topics will be taught on different dates. Each workshop is S$50 and includes coffee and croissant. A certificate of participation is presented at the end of the workshop.
