Aged Sake Collection – Teion Jukusei
- Debut of lightly aged sakes (up to 40 labels), cold-aged at 4°C by Orihara Singapore.
- Presented by Shin-ichi Fujiwara, sake specialist from Orihara Japan.
Warm Sake Corner
Some sakes, especially junmai varieties, reveal deeper umami notes and nuanced flavours when warmed. At the festival, sake sommeliers will guide you through the best heating methods and how the taste profile changes with temperature, helping you better enjoy this classic way of serving.
