



Estate at Hilton Singapore Orchard is rolling out its Taste of Heritage buffet from 6 August 2025, serving up lunch and dinner spreads alongside Seafood Dinners on Fridays and Saturdays. Set on level five, Estate has built a reputation for its generous variety and use of quality ingredients, making every visit a flavour-packed experience worth returning for.
When we dropped by for dinner on a Tuesday, the buffet unfolded into a hearty showcase of beloved local classics. Plates of Hokkien Mee came smoky and rich with wok hei, while the fluffy Oyster Omelette balanced slightly crisp edges with briny oysters. The Har Lok Prawns were coated in a glossy, savoury sauce, and the satay skewers arrived perfectly charred with peanut dip on the side. For those craving comfort staples, there was roast duck and Hainanese Chicken Rice, along with many more dishes that paid tribute to Singapore’s culinary heritage.

At the à la minute station, diners could savour a line-up of comforting local favourites elevated with premium ingredients. The Signature Singapore Laksa, rich with umami flavours and topped with lobster, was a standout for its indulgent twist on a classic. The Double-Boiled Black Chicken Soup offered deep, nourishing flavours, while the Prawn Noodles delivered a satisfying punch of spice, perfectly capturing the essence of Singapore’s hawker heritage in every bowl.
Seafood on Ice – The Favourite section of Many




Popular highlights at Estate is the Seafood on Ice section located in the back dining area where diners pile up their plates with freshly shucked French oysters from Britanny, Clams in shichimi togarashi, lobsters and crabs.


Make sure to stop by the Sushi station, tucked right beside the Seafood on Ice section. The highlight here is the Japanese A5 Hokkaido Snow Beef Nigiri, where buttery slices of marbled beef, marinated in garlic teriyaki, are lightly torched so they melt almost instantly on the tongue. The combination of silky texture, smoky warmth and rich flavour is indulgent enough to linger in your memory long after the last bite. Trust us, you’ll be glad you didn’t skip this counter.
Dessert, Fruits and Cheese




If I had more room on my plate, I’d definitely make a beeline for the fruit, cheese, dessert and salad sections as well. These areas are always a highlight for me, whether it’s the refreshing sweetness of seasonal fruits, the quality of artisanal cheeses, the indulgence of beautifully plated desserts, or the freshness and crunch of vibrant salads that balance out the heartier dishes.

Until 31 August, Estate is teaming up with local craft brewer The 1925 Brewery Co. to add something extra to the dining experience. Every paying adult guest will receive a complimentary bottle to enjoy with their meal. You can pick from refreshing brews like the crisp Starfruit Lager, the tropical Pineapple Pale Ale or the fruity Guava Pale Ale. I tried the Guava Pale Ale and found it to be an excellent match with seafood, while also working well to cut through the richness of any oily dishes.
For those who prefer something non-alcoholic, there are equally thoughtful options, including the Tie Guan Yin Roselle Hibiscus kombucha or the Chin Chow Pandan Kefir, offering a flavourful alternative without the alcohol.
