Priced at S$398 per adult in the first class cabin, you get to enjoy unlimited Louis Roederer Cristal Brut Vintage 2006 and S$258 per adult in the business class cabin where you get unlimited Louis Roederer Brut Vintage 2008 and Brut Rosé 2009. New world and Old World themed cocktails, selected house pour red and white wines, soft drinks and fruit flavoured sparkling mineral water are included.
The hotel lobby will be transformed. Discover old world cuisine from Europe, Asia and Africa including caviar, crustaceans on ice, smoked and cured salmon, Swiss raclette, Moroccan Tajines, a dim sum bar and Japanese Kappo. At the Chihuly Lounge, enjoy New World cuisines from the Americas and Oceania featuring oyster cargo, oak smoked foie gras, Peruvian Ceviche, Mexican Quesadillas, Turkish Sweets and a 70kg Mayura Wagyu Beef Leg that has been roasted for 18 hours.
