What to expect at the new Chick-fil-A Bugis+ Singapore Store

Chick-fil-A’s first franchised Restaurant in Asia opens at #01-19 Bugis+ in Singapore on 11 December 2025. Operating hours are Monday through Saturday from 10am to 10pm offering both dine-in and takeaway service. It can accommodate 104 customers.

Chick-fil-A locations around the world close on Sundays, a tradition that dates back to Chick-fil-A founder Truett Cathy, who wanted to give his employees a day to rest, spend time with family, or worship if they choose to.

Menu items available at Chick-fil-A Bugis+ will include The Chick-fil-A Chicken Sandwich (S$6.90), Chick-fil-A Waffle Fries (from S$4.20), Chick-fil-A Lemonade (from S$3.80), Milkshakes including Vanilla, Strawberry, Chocolate, and Cookies & Cream (from S$6.90), signature sauces and a new Spicy Chilli Sauce developed exclusively for Singapore. Check out the full menu at the end of this article.

Chick-fil-A is not Halal Certified. Pork and lard are not used in food preparation.

The Singapore Exclusive Spicy Chilli Sauce and Chicken Nuggets

The exclusive Spicy Chilli Sauce tastes like a sweetened version of the garlic chilli sauce that is usually served with chicken rice. The spicy and sweet sauce balances red pepper with hints of lemon and garlic.

This adds to the current selection of sauces including the Chick-fil-A Sauce, Barbeque Sauce, Honey Mustard Sauce, Sweet & Spicy Sriracha Sauce, and Garden Herb Ranch Sauce.

My favourite sauces are the Chick-fil-A Sauce and Honey Mustard.

Chick-fil-A Bugis+ will be locally owned and operated by Chyn Koh, the first independent Chick-fil-A franchisee in Singapore. Born and raised in Singapore, Chyn brings more than two decades of food and beverage experience and will oversee daily operations for his restaurant business, invest in Team Member development and lead local community engagement initiatives. 60 to 80 new job opportunities will be created for this new franchise here.

A donation of S$25,000 has been made to the Food Bank as part of the store opening. It participates in the Chick-fil-A Shared Table® programme which redirects surplus food from the restaurant to local non-profit partners. In Singapore, surplus food from the restaurant will support beneficiaries of The Food Bank Singapore, furthering the company’s commitment to providing food assistance worldwide.
