The Body Shop Singapore announced on 23 August 2011 that its STOP SEX TRAFFICKING OF CHILDREN & YOUNG PEOPLE campaign has achieved an incredible 114,886 petitions for positive change and action against trafficking. Along with 6.9 million collected from over 65 countries across The Body Shop network, these petitions will be presented to the United Nations Human Rights Council in Geneva on 29 September 2011.

ABN AMRO Brings Elephant Parade To Singapore
50 elephants from the open-air art exhibition in aid of Asian elephant have been adopted by ABN AMRO from the Elephant Parade Copenhagen. Elephant Parade Singapore 2011 is the first Asian stop of the Elephant Parade. From 11 November 2011, these elephant statues will be on display along Orchard Road, Marina Bay, Singapore Zoological Gardens, Botanic Gardens and VivoCity, waiting patiently for new owners to claim them.
