The enforcement followed an in-house investigation that traced the counterfeit listings to a private seller operating on a Singapore-based e-commerce platform.
The infringing products have since been surrendered to HARMAN, with further enforcement actions initiated. The move forms part of HARMAN’s ongoing brand protection and market clean-up efforts in Singapore.
