Club bookings have increased 125% making it a US$500 million business driving 15 to 20% of total revenue at each Sheraton and far exceeding initial forecasts for the premium upgrade which is available at an average addition of US$75 per night.
Club managers will deliver personalised service that will build loyalty with premium business and leisure customers and give travellers another reason to choose Sheraton. They will be the main point of contact for Club guests checking into the Sheraton hotels getting pre-arrival communications to confirm stay preferences (be it feather-free rooms, high or low floor room, proximity to and from elevators) so that guests will enjoy some of their favourite amenities on arrival. Club managers can also offer extras such as getting concert tickets and making exclusive dinner reservations.
