1 March 2012. Singapore – Create Restaurants Asia replaced the previous Fisherman’s Market at The Central with Osaka-based Chisō Zanmai (馳走三昧) buffet restaurant.
Spanning 8,000 sq ft with a total capacity of 200 seats, Chiso Zanmai boasts a stunning view of Clarke Quay. Priced at only S$14.90++ for lunch on weekdays and S$24.90++ for dinner, it is the perfect place for buffet lovers seeking value for money. With over 100 seasonal Japanese selection and specially created local dishes, you will be spoilt for choice.
No buffet is complete without delectable desserts, cakes and soft serve ice-cream. Do look out for their signature Matcha “green tea” Tiramisu.
