First with an online-exclusive Christmas pop-up this year, followed by a café opening in the first half of 2026. The Filipino bakery’s signature Ensaymadas and velvety cheese rolls will hit Singapore through an exclusive Christmas pop up from 21 November to 25 December this year.
A friend once brought back a box of the velvety cheese rolls from Mary Grace in the Philippines for us, and we heated them in the air fryer, and they were so good.
Mary Grace was founded in 1994 as a mother’s quiet expression of love. Mary Grace Dimacali is a mother of five and loved baking, sharing them with her family, friends, and local community first. Small batches were sold at local bazaars, and in 2002, she opened her first stall. Through the years, she perfected her signature bakes. Today Mary Grace has grown into a beloved name with over 140 cafés and kiosks across the Philippines.
The Mary Grace café in Singapore will feature the same warm, inviting space inspired by the charm of its beloved cafés in the Philippines. Enjoy comforting aromas of freshly baked pastries and savour the simple joys of good food. The Singapore café will also serve a selection of Singapore-exclusive offerings and best-sellers from its Manila cafés.
The bakery’s much-loved Ensaymadas and Cheese Rolls will be available from the online-exclusive Christmas pop-up priced at S$31.50 for a box of six and S$24.50 for a box of six, respectively. Ensaymadas are a Filipino pastry with Spanish origins. The delicate and buttery pastry is topped with premium aged Edam cheese (Queso de Bola) from Holland, offering a light, airy, and fluffy bite that captures the comforting goodness Mary Grace is known for. The cheese rolls reveal a luscious, velvety cheese centre and are lightly dusted with sugar that caramelises to a subtle crunch when toasted.
