POP MART has opened is new store at Resorts World Sentosa, giving fans another reason to visit Sentosa beyond its attractions, hotels and restaurants. Doors opened to the pubic on 30 July 2026. Located in a standalone villa at WEAVE, the new attraction houses a POP MART Store on Level 1 and Southeast Asia’s first POP BAKERY on Level 2. It is the first POP MART location in the region to combine the retail store and dessert concept in one building. The new destination brings together designer collectibles, character encounters and food under one roof. It also marks Twinkle Twinkle’s first appearance in Southeast Asia as a POP MART Friend.
Twinkle Twinkle Finds a Home at Dreamstar Isle

Located within the Resorts World Sentosa store, Dreamstar Isle has been designed as a permanent space for fans to experience the world of Twinkle Twinkle beyond blind boxes and collectible figures.

Visitors can look forward to regular POP MART Friend appearances, seasonal programmes and exclusive experiences throughout the year. Rather than being a temporary character installation, Dreamstar Isle will serve as Twinkle Twinkle’s year-round home in Singapore.
Twinkle Twinkle was created by illustrator and designer Daxin in 2020. The family of rosy-cheeked little stars features characters with different personalities. They may be curious and innocent, but they can also be stubborn, clumsy and surprisingly relatable.

Their stories explore themes of courage, affection and longing, allowing fans to see parts of themselves in each character.
A Singapore-Inspired Twinkle Twinkle Design

To celebrate Twinkle Twinkle’s new home, POP MART has introduced a special design featuring Twinkle Twinkle with Singapore’s Merlion.
The localised design connects the character with one of Singapore’s most recognisable icons. It follows Twinkle Twinkle’s journey around the city, which included appearances at Changi Airport, Joo Chiat, Singapore Oceanarium, the Merlion and Lau Pa Sat.
Singapore is the first destination on Twinkle Twinkle’s wider Southeast Asian journey. However, unlike a short promotional stop, the opening of Dreamstar Isle gives the character a permanent presence in the city.
Southeast Asia’s First POP BAKERY

Located on Level 2, POP BAKERY marks the international expansion of POP MART’s café concept beyond China. Inspired by POP LAND Beijing, the café brings POP MART characters into a dining setting through themed desserts, drinks, playful visual details and dedicated spaces for discovery and interaction.
The Singapore menu combines POP BAKERY signatures with exclusive creations inspired by local flavours such as coconut, pineapple, red bean and sea salt.

The Resorts World Sentosa culinary team worked with POP MART to develop the local menu. Singaporean pastry chef Sherie Quek was involved in bringing the concept to life. Chef Quek has more than 20 years of culinary experience. She was previously the head pastry chef of a luxury five-star hotel in Singapore and later founded Madame Patisserie, a French-inspired pâtisserie known for artisanal pastries and classical French techniques.
Singapore-Exclusive POP BAKERY Desserts

Several items have been created specially for the café’s Southeast Asian debut.
| Dessert | Description | Price |
|---|---|---|
| LABUBU Butter Cookies | Light, honeycomb-textured butter cookies in Original, Chocolate and Singapore-exclusive Coconut flavours | S$32 |
| Twinkle Twinkle Tangy Coconut Mousse | Chocolate coconut shell with coconut mousse, pineapple filling and passionfruit popping boba | S$18 |
| Twinkle Twinkle Sweet Coconut Mousse | Chocolate coconut shell with coconut mousse, red bean filling and boba | S$18 |

The PUCKY Xiao Long Bao Dessert is available for dine-in only. Its panna cotta is presented inside a bamboo steamer, with biscuit sticks standing in as chopsticks. Cute, clever and almost too photogenic to eat. Almost.
POP BAKERY Signature Treats
The Singapore outlet also serves several established POP BAKERY creations. We first had the Twinkle Twinkle Twin Popsicles in Beijing earlier this year when we visited a POP BAKERY there.

| Dessert | Description | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Twinkle Twinkle Twin Popsicles | Mango and milk-flavoured popsicles with a smooth texture | S$15 |
| Twinkle Twinkle Dreamy Banana Pastry | Crispy pastry with dark chocolate whipped ganache and caramelised banana | S$16 |
| Twinkle Twinkle Mango Sago | Mango, pomelo, coconut milk, fresh milk and mango purée, topped with milk foam | S$12 |
The mango sago offers one of the more recognisable Asian dessert combinations, while the banana pastry delivers a richer mix of dark chocolate and caramelised fruit.
Reservations are required for dine-in visits. Each dining session lasts 60 minutes and there is no minimum spend during regular sessions. Visitors who only want takeaway desserts do not need a reservation. However, queues may form, especially during weekends, public holidays and character appearance periods. Reservations and the latest Twinkle Twinkle appearance information are available through the Resorts World Sentosa website.
