Campari Group has launched Southeast Asia’s first Campari Seltzer Machine in Singapore. The machine is located at the modern Italian cocktail bar Bar Somma in New Bahru.

The launch introduces Campari Seltz to Singapore. It is a traditional Italian aperitivo first served at Camparino in Milan in 1915. The drink is made with Campari and freshly carbonated water. It has an alcohol content of 8.5% to 9% ABV.

This seltzer’s no ordinary fizz. It’s forged under intense pressure, up to 10 ATM, thanks to a soda siphon that means business. Unlike your average bottled soda water, this one’s got real muscle. The punchy pressure boosts the flavour and whips up a lively foam that lifts the aroma and brings out Campari’s signature bitterness.

Singapore now joins cities like Munich, Berlin, Dubai, and Buenos Aires in hosting a Campari Seltzer Machine.

Bar Somma offers a Milanese aperitivo experience. Drinks are served with small plates. The bar is led by Mel Chavez, who designs the cocktail menu.

Campari Seltz is served cold, fresh, and foamy. It fits the demand for low-alcohol drinks in Singapore’s warm climate. The drink is light and bitter with strong herbal notes.

Campari Group manages a global portfolio of premium spirits. Its brands include Aperol, Bulldog Gin, SKYY Vodka, Espolon Tequila, Appleton Estate, and more. The group was founded in 1860 and operates in over 190 countries.
